Some early 80's openers i would like to see in the Classic lineups.
Australia
1. John Dyson.
2. Bruce Laird
3. Kepler Wessels
New Zealand
1. Bruce Edgar.
A feature that seems to have been changed is the right hand side selection column. So if i'm picking 18 players i can no longer see who i've picked because sometimes you forget.
And for the Classic series can we have some moustaches please ?
And this is Fantasy cricket. So for some dual selection (at one stage in their careers). Can Allan Lamb, Kevin Pietersen be available for South Africa and Graeme Hick be available for Zimbabwe?
I'd love the SA franchises to be in the game and for batsmen and bowlers "settledness" levels to vary according to factors within the game e.g. tight couple of overs, losing a batting partner, coaxing a play and miss etc.
some of the requests on this thread, while "nice" in intention, are crazy - they would require massive overhauls / redesigns of the system. people do need to consider how the game works.
i must say, i'm hugely impressed really at how quickly the game does actually work, considering the calculations it's processing in the background. i still suffer (on my not-old Android) with the fact that i can't go through various Player Profiles quickly and easily when selecting a national team squad - the process becomes laborious because there is a good 3-5 second lag each time you click "Back". this only seems to happen when going from Player Profile back to the Squad Selection screen.
one other is the classic thing of some highlights popping up quickly and others not - at times you can see when the computer has decided to get you out. it's a bit irritating.
please stop spinners from bowling no-balls. please please please. dear god. i know it happens very occasionally - but it drives me crazy when one of mine do it in an ODI run-chase!!
the main thing that gets me is the unrealistic session timings.... it's horrendous when you're sent out there to face that one over of a test match before lunch or tea or whatever, or even when a player goes out there to face the last ball. it doesn't happen in proper cricket these days. i would think this is changeable.
please improve the stumped animation, it's pathetic and doesn't look correct at all. surely we can get something a touch more realistic sorted?
the new stadiums look fantastic on my phone by the way - massive positive feedback on that!!
i will try to think of some more tweaks - though please don't get the wrong impression - i LOVE the game, and it helps me to while away many a boring commute, waiting for a train to arrive, or the mid-morning toilet break!!

I couldn't agree more on the two sections in bold above. And as someone else pointed out, you can't see your selections when you’re in the squad selection page on the newest version – you always used to be able to, so not really sure why this would be taken out as it would make life much, much easier.
Currently he holds one arm straight up to indicate byes and simultaneously taps his leg to indicate leg byes.
Should be arm straight up and the usual side-to-side motion for 4 runs with the other arm.
I think it would be a nice touch if you could arrange fixtures for domestic cricket. For example perhaps arrange a pre-season tour to Holland or UAE or be able to play University or Lancashire League teams. It would be a good way to get your whole squad playing. Also be able to arrange exhibition matches- MCC Int. XI vs Surrey.

Think the most preseason games I've ever seen playing as a county is 2
Might affect fitness adversely perhaps but players would certainly be in form potentially earlier in the season
I'd like captaincy, bowling and wicket-keeping to have some traits. For example, with captaincy, you could have traits like 'thrives on captaincy' and 'natural leader' or 'bats badly when captain' and 'not a good leader' or some neutral stuff. For bowling, it could be more like the batting traits and maybe you could have an allrounder train both at the same time. With wicket-keeping, you could have it so that regular old fielders miss a lot more bye, catches, and stumpings that specialist or batsman-keepers.
Another thing is for English, Australian, and Indian careers is a buisness-esque element. You could invest some money in renovating your stadium so more people will come, or marketing matches so more people will come. Doing this will get you more money to spend at the end of the season.
