Yes I have reported this to Childish Things along with screenshots which prove that one player has been edited. Hopefully they deem this as sufficient grounds to abstain this team from participating online.

Yeah I did a few weeks ago, and then replied to your subsequent follow up email with the saves I thought

That second question is a very ambitious question of you He retired about five seasons ago I think.

How do you locate the save game files anyway? These problems I have mentioned obviously come up very infrequently but I have not yet been able to find the save game files and make a copy when something like this happens. Any hints on where to locate them?
Okay, what you need to do in the event of a highlight problem is to save the game at that exact point (so if you back out the game and load it up again, you can view the highlight). That way we can run it through debug and see exactly what is happening with the code, etc.

Save games can be found in this location:

    Windows 98/XP: C:\Documents and Settings\[USER NAME]\Application Data\Childish Things\International Cricket Captain 2011

    Window Vista/7: C:\Users\[USER NAME]\AppData\Roaming\Childish Things\International Cricket Captain 2011

Unfortunately without the save we can't do anything about it, really. We've never been able to repeat it and have looked at the code, but without being able to play the offending highlight through debug, we can't work out exactly what is happening.

I go through the Challange Trophy season and finish on more points than any other team across every division. However come finals times I do not get home advantage i.e:the ability to set the pitch.

This is a bit of a weird one: Stokes hit's the ball out to the cover boundary, the first fielder misfields, but the second fielder appears to stop the ball before the boundary. However, Stokes then starts celebrating his hundred (he was on 96 before that ball) so therefore the ball went for 4. While he's doing this, the fielder appears to be walking, but is more or less staying still, hovering over the ball. When Stokes then stops waving his bat around, the fielder picks the ball up and throws it back in.
At no stage does the umpire signal a boundary, and the batsman only run the single, but it goes down as a 4...

I think I may have been able to get the save with the replay on as well.

The above applies to the hitting a six and being given out reports from a page back, if we can't view the clip, we're exceptionally unlikely to be able to work out why it's doing what it is.

I have a very strange one to report. One of my bowlers is also one of my best catchers. He happens to catch one in a second gully position on this occasion - but off his own bowling

I saved and exited after before the first game of new season (after off-season matches had been simmed). When I came back into it all my players fitness levels had deteriorated, even the ones that I had assigned physio points! The start of the season is when fitness levels should generally be at their peak.

In an English county season players are(randomly) selected to play in overseas leagues. When they return you can see how they performed by checking their profile. However in an Australian state season when players get selected for an overseas league they return with no record at all of having played.

I was at an international squad selection screen whilst logged onto the online server. I was to select 12 players for a home series but 15 were currently selected so I needed to cut three. Before I done this I received a challenge, accepted and played. After the online game I returned to find that that squad of 15 had been retained for this Test, even though it was only meant to be a squad of 12.

Other interesting points of note that came of this was that the whole squad of 15 participated in state cricket at the same time as the Test match (lol) and that I was given 11 coaching points and 4 physio points for the squad of 15.

I think this is a bug. Whether you have 1 day to your next game, or two weeks, your physios can only work on one player in that time. Part of a more general bug with the skip between games - you also need to be able to swap your coaching around in that time.

If a team require 1 run to win and shot goes for 2 run so why they take 2 runs

This is probably not a bug as such but it is certainly something that needs to be rectified. Some allrounders are not good enough batsmen to be deemed allrounders and some bowlers are too good a batsman not to be deemed an allrounder.
For example in a 2025 test match in an international game I am playing I came up against the West Indies whose numbers 10 and 11 were allrounders and numbers 8 and 9 were bowlers.
