I'll give you a great reason to add the ability to change between teams. I started a game as NSW and "gain it," for England. Now I've become England coach, I've really no idea who's looking good in the counties. I do tend to check out most games to see who's on form etc so I'm at a loss now.

I could just start again, but the thing is, I've got a settled England team and I'm phasing out the Ian Bell's, Alistair Cook's, Anderson's and Broads and its a fun challenge but I'm totally disillusioned by the NSW bit of my job, and I don't tend to give it much time.

I think ICC2013 needs to have a hire/fire type of thing, hell, even create the coaches and give them attributes and see where people go, it all adds another element to the overall game and lets be honest ICC could use all the elements.

New Features

added detail in the search
this is mainly for international selection. rather than just going by average i'd like to be able to search by runs, wickets, strike rate.
or which keeper has the most dismissals.
or, even more detail:
which opener has the most run
which spinner has the best economy rate
etc.
also, changing the 'filter few' option so it's more flexible
this would be a huge difference to international selections

i'd love to be able to change teams

i'd quite like to see a youth system to play with

Well I guess it is a concept of sorts .. still think its a case of "start with team .. teams no good .. move to another team.

Why not just stick with your original team and make the necessary changes to improve them yourself

Have never really considered the "benefits" of managing a different team every season ... I don't see the point

n how abt sticking with the same team n achieving the same milestone everytime e.g : consider u r toping all rankings for past 3 seasons wont u get bored playing with the same team or doing the same stuff again n again like achieving same ranking with same team or rather would like to help a Division 2 team at that point of time to rebuild n win D1 league at some point a much bigger challenge .. See my point is when u achieve the max. at one place u move on to another place n start a new challenge .. i totally agree with Isura's point!!

Switching in middle means you can switch to a poorer team and build them up every few years. It's also fun to watch how your old team performs. Would add more immersion to the game IMO.

I think one good feature to add will be to able to switch btw differents state or domestic teams like from Durham one can be able to switch to captaining Surrey or Somerset i suppose it can be like at the end of each season in FIFA Soccer Game we switch from management of one team to another team who is interested in availing our services due to good performance or repute may be from a lower club to higher club with bigger finance available to boolster our team .. At the end of each season there can be a performance evaluator which tell us which teams are offering us jobs like i suggest The FIFA model where we can continue with our current job or switch to other better available prospects .. How Abt That Guys ?? ..

It can be done if at start when we r picking teams for some tour there can be room for 4 to 5 reserve players that are selected with team n can be called when neeeded maybe due to injury or being rested .. they can be replaced with anyone on the tour it will be good!!

And i would like this small feature to also add up in this list that whenever there is someone injured during the ongoing tour we can call some replacement for him then wait untill he is fully fit i mean this never happens in real cricket as u r permitted to call in replacements for injured players to have full squad of fit player atleast to play with the whole tour .. recent being M Starc coming in for B Lee in Australia Tour Of England n Lee was sent home for that option will give us max. benefit in captaining with max. options available .. this is very common these days it can be seen as players are rested to give opportunity to other bench players like Swann n co rested for Tredwell in others in last Odi's .. So i think this add-up feature will work great for the game .. Plz do take that into account ..

Few things from me,

5. I know you have said you have updated player records, yet still few are still wrong, e.g Ben Foakes for Essex. Currently you have him down as only playing one first class game etc.

He'd only played one FC game before this season. Data is correct up until the beginning of the English county season.

8. Have a mode which turns of injuries, does my head in when my best players gets injured for 6 weeks !!!!!!!!

That's part of what happens in real life though.
