Sonny Baker should be RFM, he might already be faster (or end up faster) but certainly averages over 80mph. He's also to bowling prospects what Smeed is to batting.
George Scrimshaw doesn't seem economical enough in t20s, his economy was below 8 this season but in game he's playing but going at above 9 an over.
Billy Godleman is opening in t20s, Reece should be doing this in his stead.
Logan van Beek could have his t20 economy nobbled, terrible in real life but sub 8 in game.
Felix Organ seems a bit overrated with the bat.
Tom Price could have his bowling improved, no hoper in game but bowled fantastically against Northants this week, looks a real prospect. 12 wickets in 4 games at 25 suggests he has a future.
Rahem Ahmed at Leicestershire should be an all rounder. Should have huge potential too, even got a callup for the friendly with India this season.
Ed Barnes should be about as good a batter as a bowler can be without being an all rounder, he has batted really, really well this season with two class 50s. His bowling should be level with Will Davis too in my opinion, the two along with Wright and Parkinson are the only County level bowlers at the club.
On that note Calum Parkinson is playing very well indeed in all formats and could have a further upgrade.
Aaron Lilley is playing first class in game, he's on a white ball only contract in real life so I'd recommend he be retired from first class in game. He's frankly poor in anything other than a pinch hitting role so won't play first class again.
Ali Orr, Ollie Carter and Daniel Ibrahim should all be improved with the bat.
Will Smeed seems worse than before, averaging less than 20 and requesting a drop in salary at the end of the first season.
Harry Brook has been a bit rubbish in my game so could be improved more, England player of the future.
Dillon Pennington is underrated with the ball.
Scott Currie could be improved a fair bit.
Blake Cullen still seems underrated. I'm not seeing him play any t20 games.
Gilchrist still not playing for Kent in game, bowling very well in real life.
I think George Hill is still underrated too, already a solid county player and an ex England under 19. Doesn't seem to come good in game.
I think Tom Scriven could be a bit better, his 2nd XI stats are unreal averaging 80+ and 70+ in 2021 and 2019. He'll do well at Leicestershire next season but doesn't come good in game.
Two tons and four fifties for Robbie White at Middlesex this season and playing as a specialist bat all season, generous increase due?
Michael Jones at Durham could have a batting boost, couple nice 50s this season and looks to be cementing a place in and around the first XI.
Craig Miles and Liam Norwell seem a bit underpowered, neither play in game but both are good bowlers in real life.
Lewis Hill with his fourth and fifth tons of the season (3 first class, 2 list A). He's a man transformed since handing the gloves off to Swindells and should be Leicestershire's best bat other than Harris and Inglis.
