Database errors are:
Wrong teams
Player types
Bowling types (remember, RMF is faster than RFM)
Hair colour and styles
Aggression rating and preferences
Retired status
Player abilities (Please see below)
Player’s not being picked for teams (international or domestic)

Remember all data should be correct up until the start of 2013 season (31st March cut off). So if someone retired from One Day International in May, they shouldn’t be corrected.

As in previous years we have had to split up the Australian system. The state sides are correct for the new season, the 20 over sides are not, these aren’t being finalised until late November if I remember correctly, so we will be using the 20 over squads from 2012/13.

Player abilities
We are always happy to review player abilities, but it is important that if you think someone isn’t rated properly that you review your opinion on this over several seasons and different save games. Please mention that you have done this as it makes it easier for us to decide if the ability needs changing.

Comparing to other player abilities is good.

On all of the points above, the more information you give and the layout makes things not only easier for us, but also easier for other people on the forum to agree/disagree with your point (though some issues may not be opinion based).

Please keep database errors and bugs separate (we may move/delete/merge ones in the wrong place), please keep database errors in this thread and don’t post them in other threads, it’s hard to keep track of a potential issue if it is stored in a story thread, etc. Please make us aware of any misplaced posts.

Lumb opens in One day as well as 20/20
Carter is quicker than medium.....would go for RFM, think you had him as this in the last game.
Andre Adams skin tone is too dark.

In the out of contract players at the start, P Hindmarch is a bowler (RFM as the game suggests) and not a batsman.

I'd suggest Mr. Chris Jordan at Sussex should be RMF at the least? And Ed Joyce should probably be a normal batsman again now he's decided not to open.

Neil Mckenzie seemed to be auto selected as captain of Hampshire for me , when Jimmy Adams is infact captain in FC and OD games?

Also , I believe Chris Wood should be faster than RM , and I could swear it looks like he has grey hair when he has brown in real life?

Edit : And to be fair , not sure what everyone else thinks about this but I also think James Tomlinson and Sean Ervine (Who's bowling speed has significantly increased the past couple of seasons) should perhaps be a bit faster than RM?

Also Sussex based, could we get Matt Hobden in the squad? Just signed a junior pro contract and played a List A game. Right arm seamer, his quickest balls in that game were 85-86 mph, so choose your class on that.

Amazing effort on the SA database - I think it is greatly improved, thanks so much. I have noticed a couple of things already though!

Morne Morkel is listed as RFM instead of RF or RMF (I think he is generally as quick as Steyn).

Rassie van der Dussen is amazing in this game, yet he is only on the fringes of his franchise squad (he just plays T20s for the franchise). I have noticed SA have already selected him in 2014 and he is great. (I am playing with Bangladesh, just tests so have a couple of seasons done already!). If making him worse in the game will unbalance SA, consider improving Stiaan van Zyl!

I think Abbott is quicker than RFM - probably RMF.

I think Lizaad Williams is a little slower than RF - probably RMF

I think that B Hendricks is quicker than LFM - probably LMF

I think that Morris is probably quick enough to be classed as RMF not RFM. He bowled lots of balls at around 90mph against the West Indies, although his average is probably 85.

There is an argument in favour as classifying Duminy as an all-rounder, and Chris Morris as a lower order all-rounder!

Out of interest, can regens who play for a province rather than a franchise, be good?

Another from me I'm afraid... I should have considered everything and done one post like Mr. G. Luke Wright should probably be dropped to a RM bowler, since his knee injury he's been coming off a short run and bowling a lot slower.

Dimitri Mascarenhas seems to have become a bowler instead of allrounder (this could have been done purposely?) but still a FC career average of 25 with the bat?
Similarly with Sohail Tanvir , a FC average of 28?

Not too sure how you class all rounders though to be honest.

Just a quick point Andrea Agathangelou has been bowling a bit for Lancs this season, he is listed as LS but this year he has been bowling OS

The game has possible been too generous to Graham van Buuren - I see he is on the fringes of the SA team. In real life he has only played 2 games for his franchise and didn't take a wicket in either game and batted woefully! If you need a young SA spinner to be reasonable for game balance, consider boosting Maharaj!

I wouldn't call de Kock a spin specialist personally - he has barely played against spinners in fact - more of a pace specialist if anything.

Once again most of my database suggestions have been nerfs!! I hope that doesn't say anything about my character LOL!

Lack of "Greats" in the All Time Greats Database:-

I would like to point out that some the major players are missing in the all time greats squads.Considering the fact that the database isn't limited to "The Greats" only (for example even Ajay Ratra is there but no Nayan Mongia ),I would like to name some players that aren't there and must be present.Until now I have found out these only (Ind,Aus,Eng,Zim),but will post more as I play further.
