    If you're on iOS ensure that you don't have IAP disabled:

    You can use Screen Time to prevent unintentional or unauthorised purchases from the App Store and other Apple services. You also can require a password for purchases, prevent certain types of purchases or turn off purchasing completely.


    For either Android or iOS, please check that your saved purchase information is up to date.

      Playing a game with Somerset on normal difficulty. Not a bug as such but I noticed that their first CC1 game against Worcester was Away rather than at Home ( as it was and should be ). The rest of fixtures seem ok but it means they play 6 of the 14 games at Home and 8 away during the season, rather than 7 of each.

        Why is still a bug in the game it was reported in 24
        In the south African system where the u19 plays the game still allows 21 year olds to play for them which is incorrect
        2) and why are some of the U19 players just disappear after the season when they played for the u19team and we cant sign them in the following season

          International games played in Perth are not counted towards 'Ground' records. The ground in the records is listed as Perth Stadium and only adds new domestic records.

            The fixture bug is still here . Reported it in 24 aswell!

            South Africa won't or atleast in the near future play Australia in 3 Test and 3 months later play them again in 3 Tests
            please fix this issue

              I'm still struggling to get Dropbox saves to work reliably between PC and two Android (14 & 15) devices.

              The Android version of CC2025 on two different mobile devices will only sync to Dropbox for a short period of time (a few days at most, I'll test further to get an accurate timeline), after which it will just sit at the "Uploading file to Dropbox, press cancel to stop" screen, at which time I need to press cancel, and then I get the "Unable to upload at this time..." message.

              I have tried creating a new save and syncing to/from Dropbox, clearing the CC2025 app cache and force-stopping the app on my mobile devices, as well as rebooting the devices, all with no effect.

              This time, the only thing I did differently from when I tried to troubleshoot this issue previously is that I also removed the Dropbox authentication details from my mobile devices when I turned off Dropbox integration ingame.

              I then found the below-mentioned post from a few years ago on Steamcommunity:

              Hi,

              We've been making some changes to how Dropbox auth tokens work. Right now Dropbox works, but we will be updating the game again shortly with long life dropbox access tokens.

              Based on the above post, I removed the CricketCaptain app permissions from within my Dropbox account, and in the CC2025 app on both my mobile devices I turned off Dropbox integration, making sure to remove the Dropbox credentials when prompted. After I turned Dropbox integration back on ingame and went through the process to link CC2025 to Dropbox, the Dropbox syncing started working again on both my mobile devices.

              I'm not completely sure yet that it's necessary to remove CC app access from my Dropbox account as part of the above-mentioned process, but I'll test this as well next time the sync process breaks.

              Given what I've found as described above, it appears that the cause of the sync issue is authentication issues between CC and Dropbox, and in likelihood, the Dropbox API key for CC expiring after a very short period, causing CC not to be able to sync to Dropbox.


              Sureshot are short-lived Dropbox auth tokens still a thing, and maybe a cause for Dropbox syncing to break after a while, such as I'm experiencing right now?


              If anyone else is struggling with sync issues between devices, or syncing with Dropbox in general, it would be appreciated if you could also try the above-mentioned steps and update us here on what you find.

On all three occasions during the tour where it said Training rather than just Continue (Bottom right) it didn’t actually take me into the Training section. It just sort of skipped it and came up with Play Match. I had to go the Training tab further to the left. This did mean that at the start of the tour, I didn’t get the opportunity to train until the day of the first Test. On Mac.


                These are all fixed in the 25.x4 update.

                  You shouldn't need to change permissions, but the dropbox auth can be lost on Android, you then need to re-auth it. If you're signed in to Dropbox on the browser on your device it should be pretty quick.

                          I have had 2 instances where game crashed to windows going into Lunch/Tea interval. Common Factor was that the weather conditions were cloudy/rainy and rain was threatening, more detail below.

                          They both involved English D1 4 day games, and was going into the interval from the match screen in conditions where rain was threatening. ( Day 1 Lunch in the 1st case, and Day 4 Tea in the 2nd case ).
                          Before getting to the Lunch and Tea sections from the match screen both games just clean exited to windows. I am purely speculating, but maybe a rain event or message was conflicting with the interval routine. ( I have no other cases/background to go on, so if it is not related to this, possibly the crash is related to an event/routine involving the other D1/D2 matches going on )

                          Rain itself seems to work ok, In various games across 5 seasons I have had rain interruptions during a session, and just before going back to a session after lunch/tea message, so maybe there is just a rare circumstance such as the event occurs at the same time as entering the lunch/tea screen.

                          In both cases I reloaded and the save was back to a few days before the game. I played each game again ( each had the same weather forecast as before with cloud/rain) and got through fine when playing again. I noticed from the 2nd game that even when the forecast is the same, when/if rain occurs is random/different for each game. This is a good thing, and if there is any truth to my speculation above would also explain why I was able to get through the games ok 2nd time around.

                          This is within about 60 hours of play and 5 seasons, so not too bad, but it had a big impact in the 2nd case because it was the final game of the season and results elsewhere went differently each time, significantly affecting the title.

                              It crashed out - On both occasions the game application just closed and I was back at the windows screen. It was right at the point where you would go from the match screen to the interval summary.
                              In fact it just happened again in a new game I was playing with Glamorgan. I had reached the lunch interval on Day 4 in a game with Kent. The weather for Day 4 was grey clouds all day ( not black rainclouds, but I think it can sometimes rain with just the grey cloud pattern ).
                              I've just noticed that you can save during a match in progress so I will do this in future, not only to save my game, but also to see if I can nail a pattern down.
                              So far I have experienced this same type of crash ( program exit ) in 3 instances in a total of about 6 seasons play across 2 different games, and each seems to be in circumstances where rain is a possibility.
                              Update : I replayed the Kent game I just mentioned, saving and replaying at various points before and during the 4th day. I must have played it about 35 times ( sometimes the cloud cover got thicker and sometimes it rained, other times it did not ) but I did not experience the issue again, it played through fine each time, so maybe the issue was something else.
                              I have had the game exit out on me a total of 4 times in about 60 hours of play so that is not too bad. 3 of the times were as described above, whilst going into the lunch or tea interval during a game ( but to be precise I cannot remember whether it exited before or after the prompt came up to click for the interval - all I can say for sure is that I never reached the interval summary screen, the game just closes quickly in about a second ), and the other circumstance I cannot exactly remember, but it was not during a game I was just continuing between games, but again it just closes/exits quickly.
                              My PC is pretty stable, I don't have much else running, except all the usual background stuff eg Windows, Anti-malware/virus, Dell, Steam. And I do not rule out that one of these doing stuff at the same time could be causing the issue.
                              If it happens again, or I get an new info. I will report back.

                                Random bug. Doing an Australian save on Easy and I have had a couple of batsmen (an opener and a middle order) randomly turn into all rounders without any training towards it.
