Buying Overseas

I understand that you have to play an entire season before you can buy overseas. However, does this apply for all the leagues? (IPL, Australia, England County)

Please someone confirm this.

In IND FC, AUS FC and BBL, you can buy overseas in the first season itself.

No, you can buy but from the second season onwards.
