  • ICC 2005 Ashes

While I am waiting for my ICC 2008 to be delivered I have dusted off my Ashes (2005) edition of ICC.

I am trying to take Zimbabwe to glory and obviously it is a slow process (in 10tests I have 1 win (Bangledesh) and 2 draws (Bangledesh & New Zealand).

Would it be in my interests to coach technique for the younger players (thinking long term) rather than giving them practice.

I'm currently still playing ICC 2005 as i've not long rekindled my interest in ICC and thus have yet to get round to purchasing a more recent version, i'm still has useless as i was before i stopped playing for a while, ie. countless County Championship draws and all round limited over failings.

As for your younger players i think it's safe to assume that mixing the coaching up a bit but mainly give them technical coaching whereas i've found practice to be more useful to those players who are currently out of form.
