how 2 pick a youth???

I have a termendous ability to choose a youth player.Every time a select some one from youth team ,the young player finds his way in the national team within max.2 years.
How is that!

Well picking youth players generally depends on the second team averages... and the ones with averages in the high 60-70 are generally international material... i also tend to look at their conversion ratio's i.e. no of innings played and no of 50/100 scored... those tend to give me an idea of how good the batsman is...
