Game crashes :(

I'm at the end of my first season with Hampshire and have been appointed as the England coach. My next series is against Sri Lanka, but whenever i click on the "ENG Squad" to select my squad, the game just crashes, saying its encountered an error and needs to close. Any way of fixing this problem?

Yay, downloaded a patch with which it works, at least for now..
