About to lose the game

I bought the game last June and have been playing ever since up until the other day when every time I click on the ICC13 icon on my desktop it defaults back to the screen that days Trial or Purchase, as if I've never played it. So now I need to re-enter my registration code to continue playing the game.

I remember it's done this before and I had to re-enter my code. Only this time the purchase confirmation email I got from buying the game has vanished from my inbox. Do I have any options or am I destined to lose the game?
