purchase licence expired?

Ok so i just went to play icc 13 that i only purchased 2 or 3 weeks ago and when i go to open it say 3 5 vertically in a little window. then pops up the licence page and tells me my purchase licence has expired. What is that about? I thought it was a one time purchase.

It is a one time purchase. There must be some problem. Restart ur pc and try again. If it still persists, pm sureshot he will sort it out.
