Help! "Error loading game file"

Started a new game as England Captain last night, went to load it just now and received an error box saying - "Error loading file 'Name-England'. The file maybe corrupt. Would you like to attempt to recover this game? This will move the game back to a previously un-corrupt point" When I go to recover it, it says "Not enough data available to attempt recovery.

Is there anything I can do?

If you're getting that message, then probably not. Did anything unusual happen during saving, like early power down, application or system crash?
