Error - "Could not find compatible screen mode"

Hello,

Getting this erro every time I start the game.

Max res on my laptop is 1366 x 768. I assume that's the issue? Drivers are all up to date.

I've run all the previous versions so figured this'd work OK too... anything I can do at that res at all?

Hi,

As it looks like the admins are back - could I please get an answer on this?

If it's just not going to work or there's no support available - who do I contact for a refund? Definitely not my preferred option as an annual purchaser, but as I currently can't play... I'm out of other ideas.
