Purchased version showing trial screen

I purchased ICC 2013 few days back and after so many days its showing the purchase trial licence screen again. Can anyone explain why this is happening when i have already purchased the game?

Hi,

You just need to activate again with your Order ID (which you will have received in an e-mail after buying the game).
