The installer is ready. We're having some issue with the web site (as you can tell) so can't upload it yet. It seems our web-hosting service isn't up to the job. Frustrating, but we'll get there.

Where in Aus are the servers situated?

Servers aren't actually based in Australia. Not with Australian price levels for hosting! I am based in Australia though.
