The game doesnt install. Any help would be appreciated

Hi, I had the 2011 version and just recently heard of the 2012 version. I thought i'll download the trial before i buy the actual game. However, even after repeated downloads the game doesnt install for me. Im using windows 7. The installation always gets stuck when its around 75% complete. the message that i gget is - the system cannot find the file specified. Any help would be appreciated.
