I sort of agree. Personally, I think there should be two types of field setting for each type of bowler. The current default ones are reasonable enough for the first class games/tests but not for the one dayers and T20s. For the next ICC game (or a patch for this one if possible), I think new default settings need to be created with one day game in mind for each type of bowler.

Bowling outside off stump is a good tip I think, I like to bowl at the batsman's weakness but this has cost me a load of runs against off side preference batsman. I will be giving this a go in combination with my custom field settings.

These tactics seem to have improved my performances with Kent bowling attack. I just change to full length for last 3-5 overs. Batting doing quite well too, have plenty of wickets to go full aggression in final 10 overs.

With NZ, I lose wickets very quickly if I start batting on aggression 5.

well even i use the same tactic...i play with Indian team and have defeted Sri Lanka 5-0 in one dayers and won all matches convincingly...

for bowling start with 3 aggression and if the batsmen gets settle or score more then 15 runs i change my aggression to 1 but keep bowling outside off stump with defensive field...on an average they landup scoring around 225 or sometimes below 200...

I've only played as NZ in International mode at this stage. Seems to be the best line for all bowlers I've used. How are you finding it?

Yep - tougher to crack that one!

Seems to be working for me. Still struggling with the batting though.
