License Issue

Hi

Apologies if this has been said before!

I bought the game pretty much on release and have enjoyed many hours of playing, however recently i had to format my pc. And when i try to sort the license on the game it gives me:

Retrieval of license failed with error code = 11

Does this mean i have used my license and will have to buy the game again???

same problem I faced I posted my query in support page and get resolved the issue, so go to support page and just past your query there

i faced the same issue.
just install the license offline...it worked in my case
