Can my Windows save game work on Mac

Hi,
I have my windows save game which i have been playing for centuries and wanted to know if it was possible for me to somehow use my Windows save game and use it on my Mac system. I do not wish to restart all over again.

Any advice would be appreciated.

You can use the same saved game on Mac via the Dropbox option (I assume you are using 2011).
