  • Facing the new ball in one dayers

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum.

My problem is that often at the start of the innings in one day matches I struggle to bat at a decent rate with out losing wickets. It seems to be either 0/10 off 6 overs or 3/30 off six overs.

Anybody has any tips to make a good start in one dayers.
