Update game

I know how to update the game, you go to internet game then it will automatically update, but once its complete and I click Ok it says an Installation error. So is there another way to download the updates or something I am doing wrong?

My current game version is 11.12 in case you need to know.

Yes .. there is an update link in the forum from where u can download the update manually !

oh yes seen that 11.18 patch thread, but do i not need to download the patches before that as well?
