we started to build as croft and moore put on a 100+ partnership before moore went for (84)
ended day one on 362-4 after stephen moore put on a brilliant (162) before edging one into slips
start of day 2
added 27 runs to the total before youngster nick cole was caught behind for (82)
declared at lunch on day 2 on 473-5
sussex innings-
bowled them out for 374
anderson took 4-108
lancs 2nd innings
poor second innings bowled out for 131
sussex 2nd innings
needed 231 to win
they won with 2 wickets to spare
unhappy with the result
but happy with croft's (162)
