I have 2 questions please answer.....

1.I am playing England County...now in the year 2019.Just now from downloads i got new patch updated ,will the patch applicable to existing game? or do I need to start from 2011 again..plz help me out.

2. Cant I make the CPU to use mine user defined fields...
There field setting is horrible..is there any way that i can do it?

The changes to the database won't affect your saved game, but the rest of the changes in your patch should apply to your existing game.

No, you can't make the computer use the fields you created, it will only use the default ones.
