Do the other counties give technique training to their under 26s? If so, do they do general technique or focus on eliminating weaknesses and batting preferences?

What about young international players e.g. all NZ young players who play for their domestic league? Do they receive technique training in the background?

Related, but on a slightly different note, I've noticed that the counties controlled by the computer never change their budgets for coaching, physio and youth team.

I would have got battrick like youth player academy for ICC,where we could have decided whether we want bowler,batsman or an allrounder for the team by allocating points to the player.

I would be interested to know the answer, as I would be happy to leave prospects to their domestic clubs to develop, unless they don't technique train them, in which case would want them in my squad for technique training.
