International Cricket Captain 2011 on WIN7

Hi, hope someone has some answers for this one, I managed to launch the game once and that is it - haven't been able to launch it since that first time. Yes I did right click and run as administrator, hell I even uninstalled the game, installed again as administrator and still no joy. Is it only me that cannot get it running on WIN 7 consistently?

I have, but I didn't have to do anything different.
