What time do games start?

Is is stated somewhere? There are icons that indicate the weather in the morning,afternoon and evening but doesn't say what time it starts. In a day-night match it would mean the morning weather is irrelvant.

I go with the assumption that matches start in the morning and it seem to be correct.
