Youth system should be changed in ICC 2011

County youth system should be changed in ICC 2011. I am a great fan of ICC playing it for over 6 years. But when players are moved to the county side from second XI they should be according to the team's requirement. Like if u need bowlers then it should move in some bowlers because its been happening since a long time that when i require bowlers, the youth system feed my team with lots of batsmen.

I believe you should be able to see your youth team and promote players as you feel.
Same way if you have any under-21 players in your team, you can send him to your youth team.
You should be able to move your youth players back and forth.

Also sending under 21's to YT and calling up as required would be a great feature. (and much like real life)

More detail and involvement with your counties 2nd team would also be good.

A couple of good ideas. If nothing else it'd give you an idea of what kind of players youve got coming through, and possibly allocate some training/coaching time to the ones that you think have promise and/or the kind of player that your County team needs, or will need in the future!
