Game will no longer open, error message

Sup,

so have been playing ICC '10 since it launched, just today upon attempting to play the game I get the following error message:

"cricketIII MFC application has encountered a problem and needs to close"

Obviously the strange part is the fact that it was running just fine for all these months, then suddenly kaput.

Please advise.

Games can corrupt (or be corrupted), or fail to work due to many different reasons.

First thing to do is to uninstall and then reinstall the game with a fresh download from our website. If the problem still persists there are several potential causes which will be something within your machine.

There is some advice in there with regards to administrator issues as well as anti-virus/firewall issues.

Have you contacted us via e-mail as well? As some people do (and we've had some like this in the last few days), so might be easier to do it through e-mail.
