I assume this is a poll about what domestic structure we'd like to see added in future editions?

Personally, I'd much rather see a playable Zimbabwe and playable minnow nations (Ireland, Scotland, Canada, Netherlands, Kenya, Afghanistan) that you could get to Test status.

My sentiments exactly. We need more national teams before domestic teams. We also need a way to progress from minnow to test nation despite it not really happening in real life. I think though that the ICC have got it wrong pumping money to the wrong places.
