Help!!!! :(

so i have been playing icc 10 since the day it came out and today as i was playing my surrey save a match came up and when i clicked continue this showed up

runtime error
the application has requested runtime to terminate it in an unusual way

contact the aookications support team..

what do i do???????????

i tried restarting but nothing happened..

Try running ICC 2010 as administrator.

it is running on administrater...it always is...what do i do?

it only seems to happen on my surrey save...whats up wid that??

Maybe that save file's permission have changed or it is corrupt and so cannot access it.
