Good ideal rahul bhai. Creating a player and then advancing his skills accordingly by playing him in the matches will be nice.

Yeah this would be awesome, but you shouldn't be able to use self-created players online.

Until we develop an editor this feature probably won't make it in it the form you want, but there is always the option to edit the names of regens to develop them into the player you want.
