Help graphics

Hi All

Hope someone can help me but just put my new game of 2009 on my laptop and when I come to the first screen all the writing is at the bottom of the screen with the blue menu at the top still being there but with no words. When I click on the screen it appears exactly the same on the next screen but then crashes.

Could anybody let me know what I am missing and need to download or is it a fault with the game.

I think I've replied to your e-mail to us as well, but no problems in further help here. If the game is new and giving you graphic problems there is a potential that your laptop isn't compatible with the game. Can you tell me what your laptop specs are?

What version are you running? Download or Boxed?
