I Bought ICC 2009 6 Months Ago (Near Enough lol). I tried loading up today and it says failed to find directsound device, then closed. Please help.

And was it on the same computer as you previously played on?

If you do a DXDiag report (Start - Run - Dxdiag) then when it's finished go file, save all information, and e-mail it to us through the support page, then I can help. Issue to me looks like a sound driver corruption, or maybe a hardware issue.

I know about this . Re-Install the sound card driver software .

For example- Realtek HD Audio driver .(I use realtek sound card)

Download your sound card driver from website .= (What sound card you use)

Install . That's it .
