Should you be able to make your own teams?

In next year's edition of the game, I'd like to have the ability to create my own county team or my own country altogether.

In ICC '09 I already use the 'Edit Name' function alot to personalise my teams, and alter unattractive names (won't name anyone in particular) to something more sweet-sounding. It may sound strange, but the option's there to do it so I like to bring the fantasy players in my imagination to some form of life.

The ultimate would be if you could select the personal attributes of each player you create, such as 'Left-handed Bat', 'Agressive Bat' and 'Spin Specialist'.

What do you think? I think it would make ICC '10 much more appealing.

I think that there should be a fantasy draft option at the start of the game.
All players are available and each team selects one by one. Then the ability to trade some following the draft before the season starts would be great.

I guess d better option will b if they include an All star team, World XI, Asia XI and Africa XI

I'm loving the fantasy draft option. Not playable online for obvious reasons, but you could end up having the difficult decision of taking the best players available or the ones that you like most . And coding the AI might be reasonably difficult.

However, we may then need to see two modes in ICC2010. One, which has the proper, current game. The second one, which allows a fantasy draft and selection of players, etc.

That's what I would suggest. You could put every database player in the draft, and if we were to get Aussie state sides for next year, have them in the draft as well!
