Can i play with teams like Scotland and Netherlands?

In ICC 2008 can you play with the smaller nations? As in the older versions you couldnt..

Simple answer... No.

No, it isn't possible to play with the associate nations. Our biggest problem in making these available would be in obtaining the relevant data for actually creating these teams with a sufficient player database, as they often have very small and obscure domestic competitions.
