This is the message I have received just now from the "Empire Support Desk"

After speaking with my manager, sadly there is not much we can do here from our end because we have no access to the key codes that are issued by softwrap. I appreciate that you have contacted them and have still not heard anything in due course. The only other thing we can suggest is that you can contact the developers to try and push them in the right direction.
