What is CAN challenge in the Internet Game ?

How well do u have to play in full game to earn the right and captain your international team ?

1) I'm not sure what you mean by CAN challenge.

2) Do better than would be expected for the county.

Generally I've found that if you win at least one tournament, or perform well in most, you will get offered the captaincy.
