So here it goes
Pakistan
======
Managing Pakistan is not very challenging in early years up till 2020 becuz of the players already available who improves alot in later years the real sort of challenge starts after 2020 where to find good batsmen and bowlers are not over the top challenging but real challenge is to cut players at International stage specially for bowlers you do get handful of good bowlers but it seems a bit challenging to perform with them during their early career. Same for the batsman which begin to shine after the age of 26/27 which is reflecting Pakistani cricket at best. Very hard to perform with allrounders and keepers which is a bit disappointing.

New zealand
=========
Over the top challenging and rightly so it is nearly impossible to find good bowlers for Nz but its not very difficult to perform even with under talented players which is really reflecting Nz cricket. You can literally perform with the bowler avging 26/27 in the domestic circuit and you can that avg in 28/29 in test cricket which is amazing. You do get good allrounders during the start of the game.

The most boring team to manage with no challenge at all ,cmon man Indian are not that good ,they always seems to have too good bowlers (a bit less in number this time finally) but still their bowlers have super talent which help them avging 15/16 in ODis ,from batting point of view the challenge is quite right you get handful amount of very good batsman and quite a number of decent to good batsman its your job to induct them in to International stage.
you can get very good regen keepers and allrounders but you dont need allrounders when you got such talented bowlers.

Australia

By far the best team to manage in this game with all the chuckle and giggle of managing a pumping team. You get excellent batsmen but at the same time its not very easy to perform with them at International stage which makes a perfect challenge the real twist shines in bowling where it is very close reflecting Australian cricket just when you thought that McGrath and Warne are retiring there emerge Shaun Tait ,Siddle ,Jhonson and Co. In the same way when Siddle ,Cameron retired some beautiful regen bowlers appear who get ready in just 2 season to get in to the International arena, It is fairly easy to perform with the regen bowlers but some times you got through the harder stages of the game when your prime bowlers are at retiring age and you have empty buckets to fill up the gaps which makes the game really interesting (although you get good regen bowlers time after time but some times not good quality which raises the challenge) Allrounders are fairly good qualities and so the keepers
