A couple of quick suggestions of what I would like to see:
    1. An expanded database featuring more players from "Minor" Countries. I think this will always be one of my two main wishes, having the ability to create more countries out of the players on the database. Currently, there's the 22 playable countries (plus the UAE, who are playable in T20 World Cup mode by not Custom Series mode), plus Hong Kong, Kenya and Bermuda who aren't playable countries in the game but have enough players in the database to create these teams using the World XI features, and then just a few odd players here and there. Some of whom make sense (Nick Greenwood's already in the game since he's got a Domestic contract in New Zealand, and he's not likely to play for New Zealand so he gets listed as being a Jersey player - which he is), and some who just seem...random? I have nothing against Shakeel Zeb, I LOVE the fact that he's in the game, but it just feels a bit...why him? In an era where more and more countries are performing well in qualifying and getting close to making T20 World Cups, I'd love to see enough players in the database from teams like Jersey, Guernsey, Denmark, Portugal, Spain, Germany, Rwanda, Tanzania, Bahamas, Bahrain, Japan, Samoa etc. to be able to make teams out of them. In the 2024 edition, there were 12 players from Saudi Arabia, and 10 from Singapore. In 2025, it was 1 and 1, and in 2026, it was 0 and 2. Can we at least get these players back? I understand if it's not a priority (I don't know how many other people would want this, I want this because of an extremely niche way I play the game, and there are probably other features that a greater section of the fanbase want), but if it's doable it would be appreciated.
    2. In the player editor section, have a nationality editor. Most players, especially associate players, have the ability to qualify for multiple countries. Since there aren't dual-nationalities in the game, they get assigned one and then they're stuck with that. This would be useful: if a player switches nationalities, then we can just update it ourselves without waiting for an update (as Tom Bruce did last year); if when playing as a full-member we wanted to pick an associate player who was qualified for us (for example, if someone playing as South Africa wanted to pick Roelof van der Merwe); or if we wanted to try an alternate timeline (for example, what if players like Archer, Bethell, Salt and Gay played for the West Indies, or what if Scott Currie stuck with Scotland)
    3. This one sort of has two ways of accomplishing the same end goal. Currently, if we use the player editor, there's no way of getting the game to recommend a starting XI with the edited players, as the automatic team selection happens before you have a chance to edit players. A (preferred) way of fixing this would be to have a "home" screen BEFORE picking the squads in a custom series. Then, if there is a nationality editor, you can edit players to play for a different country AND edit players' ability before choosing the squads, and by the time the team gets automatically selected, players have already been edited. This only works in custom series, so the other option (which isn't useful regarding a nationality editor) would just be to have a "reset starting XI" button on the team selection page that selects an updated team using the players as edited

As stated, these are ways that would make my extremely niche way of playing this game more enjoyable - there are probably other things that would benefit a much greater section of the player base that should be of higher priority, but if these things could be added into the 2027 of 2028 editions, that would be greatly appreciated.
