Will Tom Bruce's nationality change to Scotland in an update in CC2025, or is that being held off until 2026?

I posted these on the CC24 DB feedback thread quite late in the game cycle. I don’t think they were ever seen so I am posting them here too. I found them when editing player names on the last version of the game.

N. Kharote appears to be slightly older than he is according to cricinfo etc. Born in 2001 in game, 2004 on cricinfo.

M. Ishaq (wk) is a RHB on cricinfo. LHB in game. Never seen him bat personally so couldn’t confirm which hand he bats for sure. Might be worth looking into…

When editing the T20 World Cup squad in tournaments they have a 26 year old Indian batsmen called Virat Singh who plays for Jharkhand in the squad. IRL they had a 21 batsmen called Vikramjit Singh in the squad who has never played FC cricket so am pretty sure it’s the wrong V. Singh being selected.

“Ramadhani Aslimwe” - LFM in game bowler who I believe is possibly Juma Miyagi - again from cricinfo here, stating he is Right arm seam and a RHB. Google imaged him and in some photos appears to be bowling right arm.

Peter-Daniel Blignaut is showing on Cricinfo as bowling SLA. Bowls LM in game.

Ben Shikongo is listed as a RHB on cricinfo. LHB in game.


South Africa

Lizaad Williams may be a LHB according to cricinfo.


Canada

Ravinderpal Singh may be a RHB according to Cricinfo.


Namibia

Shaun Fouche bowls RM according to cricinfo.


Netherlands

Hi Sureshot, can this be fixed in the next version? The user should be able to play all matches, regardless of the team/scheduling. It is a computer game after all.

Hi all, like many of you, I`m wondering what changes, if any, will be in CC2026. As yet, nothing has been put forward to peak our interest, in the meantime, I have been looking at bowlers profiles on Wikipedia, and I suggest that these players have their bowling status amended accordingly. Bob Appleyard to RFM, David Smith to RMF, DAvid Larter to RF, Fred Rumsey to LF, John Snow to RF, Ken Higgs toRFM, Mike Macaulay to LM, and finally Khalid Ibadulla to RM.

Appleyard bowled spin, but off of 16 paces. Been reading some good articles about him, I'm going to leave him as OB.
David Smith to RMF, I've changed David Smith to RFM, I don't think he's as quick as RMF and some sources don't use our bowling speeds.
Fred Rumsey to LF Not sure he's quite LF, but have increased to LMF.
John Snow to RF - From my research, he hit 86mph, I don't think he's faster than RFM, possibly RMF. Left as is.
Ken Higgs to RFM - Changed
Khalid Ibadulla to RM. Looks like he was encouraged to bowl off-spin for Warwickshire and almost all of his First Class wickets were for Warwickshire, so I'm going to leave as off spin.

Hi all, further to my post on the 12/04/2026, Bill Edrich should be amended to RFM. Finally, does anyone from the games developers read these posts/messages ?

Edrich has been changed to RFM in the 2026 database.
