Format and Groups
Each group will have 4 teams, who will all play each other twice (home and away). The top 2 from each group will move through to the Quarter-finals. The team with more wins or a higher seeding will play at home for each knockout round, The semi finals will be best of 3 and the finals will be best of 5.
Group 1 - Adelaide Strikers, Trent Rockets, Multan Sultans, Canterbury Kings
Group 2 - Auckland Aces, Brisbane Heat, Lahore Qalanders, Mumbai Indians
