Haris Rauf needs a massive upgrade

For some reason he's terrible in this game and it's actually annoying. Even Ihsanullah is getting into the team over him which should not be the case.

Just look at his performances in recent Afg ODIs and Asia Cup. Why is he so bad in this game ?
