Playing the game in different modes I think it may well be worth having a level between easy and normal.
feels like there is a big jump between the two and another level could possibly fit.

I think easy actually is an additional level inserted between very easy (the old easy) and normal.

I'd be in favour of being able to set difficulty at different levels for each format. I find T20s much more enjoyable at easy level whilst the multi day stuff is fine at normal.
