Suggestion: Captaincy and field placements

I get this is called Cricket Captain but I'd really like to see the actual in-game captaincy mean something and give over placing fields to whoever I choose as captain. In the real game fields are organic and ever changing, sometimes multiple times per over. As a user I don't want to do that necessarily. There are other features that appeal to me that I'd rather focus on. Automating captaincy or providing the captain with some responsibility would add another layer to squad building and team selection.

Plus the name of the game should have no impact - a cricket captain wouldn't choose which contracts to cancel at the end of the season or which player to offer contracts to.

Captains at FC and Club level in Australia have a lot of influence with selectors. Steve Waugh and Bradman are well documented.
