Best field settings / Non negotiable fielder

Sat playing the game whilst the ashes are on and been looking at the overlay for field settings and it got me thinking.

Do you have a field setting that always produces the goods? Or is there a field placement that you find you can't be without, I'd be grateful for some tips, CC22 I used the presets but when find when I tinker with them and use real world settings I start to get battered. From around 2.5 rpo to 4.00 rpo. It's also done the same on cc23

Or is it best to just stick to presets and don't tinker?

I use presets for FC, custom for white ball.
