Is it possible? Yes.

Will you have any legal problems? No.

Is it legal? As far as I understand, it is a grey area, but there is absolutely no way a computer game developer would take someone to court for streaming normal gameplay. Game developers love people uploading gameplay footage because it generates publicity (even if it technically violates copyrights).

I think the only proof you need is the vast number of extraordinarily successful gaming streamers already on YouTube.
