Love this game and have been playing since 2007. For all it's positives, one thing which has been stale for a while is the coaching. I'm still not really sure how the "technique" side works tbh, and rather than add more features to it (e.g. fielding sessions) i wonder if those in the community who agree with me could come up with a better way instead?
One way could be to hire batting, bowling & fielding coaches like in real life, with varying levels of cost/expertise. Ex-players could fill the roles to add longevity to the game.
There could be some indication from your coaches what to focus on e.g. "X player weak against pace, recommend short ball coaching"
Perhaps even data from net sessions, such as how successful each player was playing a shot, how many times ball beat the bat etc.
Just ideas, would be good to share more :)
