Hopeless at T20s

Don't obsess over aggressive batsmen - defensive players can bat on full aggression and score very quickly
With very aggressive players, try batting with lower aggression to save their wicket a little bit more.
You should also play ball by ball when they come to the crease, give them half a dozen balls or so before you go mad.
Bowling wise i just bowl on 1 aggression and hope for the best, obviously look for low economy rates.
The T20 engine isn't great imo but with those tips and a good side you should win more than you lose. The problem is as the real players retire is the game doesn't generate anywhere near enough good all rounders to replace them. All the good bowlers simply can not bat, like they average literally 2-3 with the bat which is ridiculous. So you end up fielding a poor bowling attack or essentially being all out when you get 6/7 wickets down

Go with 4 specialist batsmen. 2 batting all rounders. 1 fast bowling all rounder. 1 spin all rounder. And 2 specialist fast bowlers. This will deepen your batting line up.
When batting first, always bat with full aggression, barring the skipper. With the skipper, bat with 6 aggression bars till he is 25 % set, then maximize his aggression. There should be one batsman playing the anchor role, if my skipper is a batsman, then I try to start him off with 6 bars, after 25 % set I maximize his aggression.
When chasing, if the required run rate in below 8, start with 6 aggression bars, keep on batting with it as long as the required run rate is below 8. If the required run rate touches 8 or climbs up, then no other choice than going with full aggression. If the required run rate drops below 8 in the middle of a chase, you can afford to lower your aggression bars to 6, this will help you in conserving your wickets in a way as well.
Good luck.
