  • India's batting...

...is pretty monstrous in this year's edition. In the 2017/18 season I've had the following averages: Pujara (68.73, 4 hundreds), Kohli (73.2, 4 hundreds), Rahul (77.25, 4 centuries including two double hundreds), Dhawan (96.38, 3 hundreds), Rahane (113.4, 2 hundreds and lots of not outs) and Karun Nair (a Bradmanesque 135 with three triple centuries to add to his one in real life).

I agree man, for example in my save in my england career, so far India have played just 10 ODI's and 1 T20........... All the batters have been unreal but Rahane has been out of this world.... His scores have been, IN ODI'S.... 172*, 76, 161*, 67, 161, 115, 103, 0 (lol), 88*, 91.... in the T20 he got 55, madness

You should also have a look at their bowling. In my save, currently after 19 WC, in the past 2 years B Kumar averages around 35 , Shami 30 odd, U Yadav averages around 40 and J Bumrah around 34, R Jadeja 36 and R Ashwin around 32. So if there bowling is rated poor their batting is rated correctly.
